How a Chemical Termite Barrier Works

A chemical termite barrier involves treating the soil around and beneath your home with a liquid termiticide to create a continuous treated zone. When subterranean termites attempt to travel through the treated soil to reach your property, they come into contact with the chemical and are eliminated.

Modern non-repellent termiticides — such as Termidor (fipronil) — are undetectable to termites. The Installation Process
